What SAMPBX can do today
What an office needs from day one.
Extensions and forwarding
Staff extensions, several devices on one extension, forwarding to a mobile, call waiting. Create extensions in ranges or import them from CSV.
Voice menus and queues
Menus with keys and nested menus, queues and ring groups, business hours and holidays, night mode by a button or a code from a phone.
Local providers
A “New connection” wizard with ready-made operator settings, backup lines, numbers in the +998 format.
Protection from break-ins and costly calls
Blocking of password guessing, a firewall, call permissions by direction, limits on international calls and blocking of risky destinations.
Call recording
Recording rules by direction, staff member and queue; search, playback and a log of who listened and downloaded.
Backups and updates
Encrypted backups on a schedule. Updates are installed by SAMPRO; updating from the panel with a signature check is coming soon.
