2. What data we receive

• From the request form: your name and phone number and, if you gave them, your company, e-mail, what you are interested in, how many employees have phones, and your comment.
• Automatically: the IP address the request was sent from, information about your browser (User-Agent), the date and time it was sent.

The site does not use tracking cookies and has no third-party analytics.

3. Why

To respond to your request and prepare an offer.

The IP address and browser information — to protect the form from spam and abuse.

The data is not used for mailings or advertising.

4. Legal basis

Your consent — the checkbox in the request form. Without it the request is not sent.

5. Where it is stored and who sees it

The data is stored on SAMPRO’s servers in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Only SAMPRO employees who handle requests have access to it.

Daily backups of the database are also kept in the Republic of Uzbekistan, encrypted.

The data is not passed to third parties, except as provided by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. How long it is kept

A request is kept for 3 years after the last contact or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first, and is then deleted.

Technical server logs with IP addresses are kept for no longer than 30 days.

Encrypted backups are kept for no longer than 30 days: a deleted request disappears from them within 30 days at the latest.

7. Your rights

You can find out what data of yours we hold, correct it, ask us to delete it and withdraw your consent. Write to … or call … — we will answer within 10 working days.

Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before it.

8. Protection

The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS). Servers are accessed with keys only.

9. Changes

A new version is published on this page with its date.
